Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any swimwear items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at Orleswimwear@gmail.com.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or removal of hygienic protection will not be accepted.
